Dirk Hmura is a great all-around agent. First, he and his team excel at getting your home ready to sell with proper staging and arrangement of your home. With Dirk and his team's market knowledge, they developed great marketing (when to list) and pricing strategy to get us the best price for the home we were selling. We ended up getting eight offers on our home and way above our asking price.
