A Managing Principal Broker for 15 years, Andrew is an expert at reviewing contracts, is well-versed in the best negotiation tactics, and has a deep understanding of contractual rules and emerging real estate trends.

“Having built and developed properties, I have a wonderful insight into the construction process, which I readily share to better inform my clients’ real estate decisions,” says Andrew. “I can usually spot problems with a home from across the street! Plus, bringing the analysis I apply on investment properties to a family home allows me to provide clients with a unique, more comprehensive perspective on value.”

Originally from Beaverton and a longtime Cedar Hills resident, Andrew has lived all over the city and stays up to date on the very latest market shifts, new developments, and fast-evolving neighborhoods. After graduating from Texas Christian University with a degree in Political Science, Andrew worked in the mortgage industry—an experience that arms him with nuanced knowledge he readily uses to guide his clients through all kinds of complex property transactions.

“I love helping people think bigger and differently about their home,” says Andrew. “Whether that means exploring new opportunities to buy or invest, or making small yet impactful improvements to a property so that it sells quicker—I’m here to lead, support, and serve as a constant source of guidance for my clients.”

In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, fly fishing, golfing, and taking walks with the family Golden Retriever, Hank.
