Bonny Slope is a wooded area of unincorporated Washington County with Portland (97229) addresses, between Cedar Mill and Forest Park along NW Laidlaw, Thompson and Saltzman roads. Homes range from older ranches on large lots, some over half an acre, to new subdivisions such as Bonny Slope Estates and Thompson Woods. The median sold price was near $800,000 in 2026.
