About Kendall Westphal

Kendall’s passion for real estate developed at a young age. Born into a real estate family in Portland, she spent her childhood in the back of the car previewing homes and listening to real estate conversations at the dinner table.

Kendall obtained her degree from TCU and although she loved her time in Texas, she was ready to head back to the Pacific Northwest. With strengths in organization and processes, Kendall started at a local real estate company as the Listing/Closing Coordinator before moving into her role as Director of Agent Services. After 5 years on the corporate side, Kendall joined The Dirk Hmura Team.

Kendall lives in Cedar Hills and loves exploring new restaurants and frequenting her favorites wineries and craft breweries with her husband. She enjoys interior design, home improvement projects, gardening and spending time with her family, friends and energetic dog, Ralph.
