My philosophy for success in real estate and in life is simple: show respect and gratitude, keep an open ear, practice responsible business management, offer fair and skilled negotiations, and always have a willingness and desire to continue learning and growing. Having always been a natural goal setter and planner, nothing brings me more joy than creating a personalized strategy to assist each buyer and seller in achieving their individual real estate goals. Because not every real estate transaction goes exactly as planned, I practice being nimble and creative so we can pivot when necessary. Since life doesn’t always go according to plan, I like to plan according to life.
Before becoming a NAR member, I spent many years with start-up food manufacturing companies managing sales and marketing through high growth periods. I also owned my own small baking mix company. My first sale was to a single local co-op which then grew to over 250 stores such as Whole Foods, Fred Meyer, Market of Choice, New Seasons, and the like. Simultaneously I started a children's baking school, offering classes and parties to provide opportunities for kids to learn through the fun science of baking. It was the culmination of these previous career experiences that provided for a smooth transition into real estate.
In my downtime, I enjoy travel and adventure with my family. Our fondest memories are cruising down the Amazon River, hiking parts of the Inca Trail, exploring the ruins of Machu Picchu, and touring the Galapagos Islands. I’m also an avid Gonzaga basketball fan (my alma mater) and have been known to have a good pair of lungs!
